Adopter and PAW (Pets Are Welcome) Support
The Adopter Support and PAW (Pets Are Welcome) Class is designed to address the most common behavior issues reported by new adopters and PAW residents, including jumping, barking, chewing, house training, crate training, and leash manners. We’ll also go over the importance of play time, mental stimulation, and how to create quiet time for your dog. Our goal is to make sure that you have all the tools necessary for your pet to become the beloved family member he or she is destined to be! Remember, a good foundation will help build the bond with your pet that will last throughout their life.
Children are welcome to attend but handlers must be 16 years or older to handle the dog. Any handlers under 18 will be at the discretion of the trainer.
THIS CLASS IS FOR ST. HUBERT'S ADOPTERS AND PETS ARE WELCOME (PAW) RESIDENTS ONLY.
PAW residents, please ensure that the name and address on your class registration match the PAW property information.
If your pet is exhibiting behaviors that we have not mentioned above, please give us a call at 973-377-0116 Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm and we will help you find the best class option for you.
