For more than 60 years, St. Hubert's has provided safe refuge and compassionate care for countless numbers of lost, abused and unwanted dogs and cats and placed many of them in responsible, loving homes.  But today we face a crisis.  The 19th century converted barn and garage out of which we operate and care for thousands of animals each year is simply no longer an adequate space to meet the ever growing needs in our region.  So to assure that St. Hubert's is prepared to meet the demands of the future, we have plans to renovate our existing building and create a new facility that is pet friendly, organized to be less stressful for homeless animals during their extended stays, and meets the ever growing demand for training classes designed to keep animals in their homes rather than relinquished to the shelter.  For more information on our plans, updates on the building project and ways you can help us achieve this dream for homeless pets, please click on the links below.
